The Examination Branch headed by the Controller of Examinations (COE) and consists of one Addl.Contorller of Examinations , Asst.Controller Confidential UG & PG and other 2 Asst.Controllers. All the sections work in tandem with the EDP Section and the accounts/audit section.

    In 2006, as the fulfillment of the aspiration of Telangana people, Telangana University was Established in Nizamabad district. Currently under its jurisdiction there are 3 University colleges,74 undergraduate, 20 post-graduate and 13 professional colleges spread over Nizamabad District Telangana. The university offers the following UGcourses., viz., BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA etc., PG courses viz. English, Hindi, Telugu Studies, Urdu, M.B.A, M.Com, M.Com(e-COM), AppliedStatistics, Bio-Technology, Botany, Geo- Informatics, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry 2yrs & 5yrs, Physics, Physics with Electronics, M.C.A, Applied Economics, Economics, Mathematics, Pol.Science, Zoology, L.L.M, Public Administration MCA, LLB (3YDC) & LLM courses and Ph.D. Programmes in the above said subjects. The university conducts Telangana University entrance test for Ph.D.
